Relieving stress during the work day
In this episode, Anne and I discuss how physical & mental wellness outside the booth informs your auditions, reads, and performances. When you're sitting down for most of the day, it's important to take breaks, stretch, do some breath work, be in gratitude, and hug your four footed friends.
There are so many things that you can do to help yourself. It can be something as simple as closing your eyes for a minute and just breathing in and out.
